It has been well proven that "if you change the way you think, you will change the way you feel"...
Do you want to feel better? Live better? YOU already have all the resources you need, and I can help you TAP into them!
It has been widely reported that some people have actually "healed" themselves of terrible diseases by consistently thinking POSITIVE thoughts, so . . . for the rest of us . . .

WHY THE NEED FOR A CHANGE...
- CHILDREN WILL DEVELOP STOMACH ACHES worrying about an upcoming test at school, or out of fear of a school bully. How about you? Do you ever get sick or at least a headache worrying about some upcoming event, like at tax time, too many bills due, or just too much stress in your life, like everything is "caving in" on you? Negative thoughts can affect our health. . .
- AS AN ADULT, have you ever noticed that if you routinely think "dark", negative thoughts, perhaps of past mistakes, traumatic events, or negative "what if . . ." scenarios in life, then you begin to lose energy, maybe of actually feeling lethargic? You may for that moment get depressed, or may stay depressed and it can ruin your whole day . . . week . . . or if consistently enough, even your life . . . You may begin to feel "stuck", with a feeling of powerlessness, an inability to "move" emotionally. . . with no motivation to do anything? Even getting out of bed in the morning can seem like an insurmountable task
When certain traumas occur in our lives, the very nature of them can affect our self-esteem so much that it can be reflected in and influence every major decision we make in life, for instance:
- choices for employment, (we don't deserve a better job, better pay, or "I'm not smart enough"),
- choosing a life partner that is detrimental to our health and well-being (we may unconsciously believe we "deserve" to be "punished", or feel so terrible about ourselves that we inevitably choose an abusive partner because we feel or believe that's all we deserve). Sometimes we ourselves unwittingly keep the cycle going and actually become the abusers...
- These beliefs about ourselves can be so detrimental that they can be at the very core of our beings.
Consistent negative thoughts over a long enough time have actually been found to change the chemistry of our brains, often diagnosed as clinical depression. . .
You are not alone. Most people believe that whatever thoughts come into our minds are random; that we have no power or control over them. And life can have its own difficulties without our adding to it the burdens of negative past memories of regrets, traumas, phobias, fears, etc. wouldn't you agree?
But when we are able to change our thought patterns to be consistently positive ,consistently thinking only good memories, good events and positive experiences, actually having that sense of control over our own thoughts, then how light-hearted and energetic we feel! How would YOU feel?
